It’s week eight of my Pantone Fall Color Report decorating showcase. Over the past few weeks I’ve shared decorating ideas and inspirations for Pantone’s French Roast, Honey Gold, Pink Flambe, Tangerine Tango (at Color of the Year: Tangerine Tango), Ultramarine Green, Bright Chartreuse , Olympian Blue and Titanium. This week I am sharing decorating ideas and inspirations for Pantone’s Rhapsody. Rhapsody is is a grayed-down purple that also encourages comfort and serenity with its quiet, muted tone. This romantic color has an elegant, rich feel that looks wonderful on walls, accessories and upholstery.
With it’s versatility Rhapsody parters beautifully with all colors. Pair it with white to get a modern look that is crisp and bright. To get an eclectic look pair it with magenta, yellow, blues and red. No matter what color you choose to pair it with it will look great, there is not a color out there that won’t look fabulous with this muted tone.
Here are a few decorating inspirations to show you how you can incorporate Rhapsody into your home.
