I have always had an un-explainable love for ruffles, so I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am about the emergence of the Ruffle Sweater. Ruffle Sweaters or Ruffle Hem Sweaters are everywhere this fall and come in a variety of materials, lengths and hem-lines making them easy to wear. You can dress them up for work by pairing it with dress pants and heels or dress them down with skinny jeans and boots.
